Partner Robert Charbonneau recently co-authored an article in the Commercial Law World Magazine on Subchapter V legislation and the extension of certain tax benefits found under Chapter 12 to all American small businesses.

There is every reason to extend the powerful tax benefits found under Chapter 12 to all American small businesses through Subchapter V legislation.”
