Ian is an attorney with the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial real estate, banking, partnership disputes, and fraud. Ian also advises cryptocurrency and NFT projects, creators, and builders to help them navigate the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, to help them leverage their intellectual property to grow their business, and provide business and consulting advice tailored to the industry. He is admitted in Florida and the District of Columbia courts, including the northern, middle, and southern district federal courts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Digital Currency Task Force, a committee member with the Cuban American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, and is a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 40th class.
