As a founding member of Agentis in Coral Gables, Jacqui Calderín has built a distinguished practice representing debtors, committees, secured creditors, and asset purchasers in complex bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring matters, guiding clients through both in-court and out-of-court challenges. Her work includes confirming dozens of Chapter 11 plans, preserving business value, and protecting the interests of investors.
In addition to her client work, Jacqui serves as a court-appointed fiduciary, bringing fairness and expertise to bankruptcy administrations. She also contributes civically as co-chair of the South Florida Network for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, supporting a global community of professionals in her field.
