CORAL GABLES – August 27, 2019 – Agentis is pleased to announce that attorney Daniel Martinez has joined its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.
“Daniel brings wealth of experience in assisting businesses and individuals in complex legal disputes,” said Agentis Managing Partner Jacqueline Calderín. “We are excited that he has joined the firm and that he will be bring powerful results for our clients.”
Prior to his career in law, Martinez worked on behalf of mortgagees to restructure and modify the terms of commercial and residential loans in bankruptcy proceedings, that would both limit the company’s exposure to risks, and offer the best opportunity for the borrowers to successfully emerge from bankruptcy in a better financial position.
Admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Martinez will focus his practice on commercial litigation. He is also an active member of The Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association (CABA).
“The firm’s areas of practice and their case strategy are what first drew me to Agentis,” said Martinez. “I’m honored to be able to work with such an incredible group of attorneys and to be able to help our clients to navigate legal arena.”
He received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, and his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. Martinez resides with his family in Kendall.
