NAPLES, Fla – Oct. 22, 2019 – The Agentis law firm, which focuses on business and commercial disputes, restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy is pleased to announce that it has promoted Jason A. Martorella to partner.
Martorella heads up the firm’s Naples office and centers his practice on assisting businesses and individuals involved in complex commercial disputes.

Martorella earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice law in both Florida and New York, as well as the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and Florida Southern District Bankruptcy Court. In addition, Martorella is a member of BNI International, and the Fordham Law Alumni Association, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
